The following parts/contents/functions of the service are not accessible:

Image descriptions/old text: Some photos (e.g. hotel gallery) appear to be without old text, which blocks content for screen reader users.
Focus indicators: When operating navigation or interactive elements (e.g. language settings), a visibly highlighted focus frame is often missing.
ARIA attributes: It is unclear whether interactive elements (language, menu, contact forms) are equipped with ARIA roles or labels.
Forms (e.g. contact form) could be without proper labelling, clear error messages and ARIA support.
Media content: Embedded videos or social media content do not have subtitles or transcripts - which is limiting for hearing impaired or visually impaired users.

Unreasonable burden

We have integrated applications from external providers (e.g. booking system for rooms) on our website. This customisation is disproportionate and beyond our capabilities.

Fonts and colours are used on the website in elements that do not provide sufficient contrast to the respective background.
The website can only be operated with the keyboard to a limited extent.
PDFs available for download, such as flyers, are not accessible.
Content is not yet provided in simple language or sign language.

Subheadings are not always labelled using HTML structural elements.
Linked images and graphic buttons sometimes have no text alternative or this is not equivalent.
Unlinked, information-bearing images and multimedia objects do not always have an equivalent text alternative.
